Thanks for taking the time to learn more about AxEdge Consulting.  As one of the fastest developing global combined Architecture & Design, Training and Cloud Experts company. AxEdge distinguishes itself by unique selling proposition of research-supported consulting cum training firm. I'm proud of the team we've built and clients we've served. When we began, I wanted to create a special place for the best people and work with the exceptional customers - customers who shared our values, saw us as strategic, and whose business we could impact using practical technology.

When I share with people what we're about, I find myself restating our firm's RAPID values. Instead of trying to paraphrase, here they are:

• Respect: Treat people with courtesy, politeness, and kindness. I always show respect to my coworkers with appropriate conversation and empathy. Encourage associates to express opinions and ideas. Listen to what others have to say before expressing your viewpoint. Respect is contagious.  For others to be respectful, positive, excited, and inspired, we must be.
• Accountability: The value of accountability is the willingness to take responsibility for one’s own actions. At the core of accountability is reliability and personal responsibility. I value the ability of my staff and organization to honor my commitments, to clients and to each other.
• Perseverance: I value my inner strength to remain constant to a purpose, idea, or task in the face of obstacles. This includes dedication, consistency, and having a positive attitude.
• Integrity: As a person who has integrity, lives his or her values in relationships with coworkers, customers, and stakeholders. Being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles is what I value.
• Diligence: Being a contact management freak. I focus on punctuality, returning phone calls and e-mails within the hour or at least the day whenever possible.
